This CD contains 8 diverse pieces exploring the BrainDance as developed by Anne Green Gilbert. Included are pieces with spoken cues assisting movement as well as completely instrumental pieces. A nursery rhyme suite is provided for the very young. An informative poster illustrates the basics. Instructions for using the CD, details of the development of the BrainDance and the complete text and movement suggestions for the nursery rhymes are included on the back of the poster. Not intended for sitting and listening, this CD is designed for participation!
